tldr permissions it gives:
- adding/removing labels on issues
- closing issues (closing bug reports when fixed/duplicate/unable to be reproduced since it isn't done automatically)
- some discussion stuff that I've never touched because I forget that's even a tab (i.e opening discussion threads, moving/relabelling them or whatever)

it's cool if not I just brought it up before (years back) n warc didn't seem against at the time but said there wasn't demand at the time. now that game's live and more players are reporting more issues having people whose only codebase responsibility is "make sure bug reports that shouldnt be open aren't open anymore" is helpful
