bring back *consume and the old behavior (i can't remember it)

used to be you could just start gnawing on someone and it takes some time

I could enable its usage via the emote system [say "*consume"], though.

oh yeah, oops. i remember it being an emote, and that works better anyway whether on chat mode or popup speak. command bar's kinda fallen by the wayside because of arrowkey movements AND lag falling by the wayside, MU* style commands losing out to just clicking
