Some kind of way to make new atmos pipes and stuff, this one's pretty big though -Probably crafted with those pipe frames you make from steel sheets, those don't really have a non-crime purpose yet. Kinda makes sense if you assume it's 2 ends of pipe that you slot into a valve and weld or something ...

Some more ideas:

-floortile laying (+ stripping?) module
-minelaying module for traitors (maybe speed up the thing if you do)
